Very good value for money against other hotels in Torquay. Perfect hotel with exceptionally nice team on shift. Stylish and recently renovated room, delicious breakfast. Large bathroom with a bathtub.  

Favourable, marvellous location close enough to the restaurant between 6 pm to 8 pm absolutely nothing about pre booking as well as Torquay town centre by foot, bus or taxi. Nice beds, sufficiently large and fashionable rooms.  

I thoroughly enjoyed the marvellous position of the hotel. It was set walk from bars and restaurants.

Parking space was missed.

Would like to stay here on the next trip, greatly enjoyed its marvellous location. You can have toast and cereals for breakfast. The single room is recently renovated and has a storage space, an ironing

This low cost hotel was ideal for a perfect stay, very good value for money. The room was large, with a storage, soundproof windows, and an extractor. The location of the property was excellent, to a cafe or Tesco. For dinner, we went 

It has exceptionally nice location and good parking, and it's close enough to a beautiful beach, shops and top of cliffs and cliffs, restaurants and theatre. The a double room is recently renovated and decent size.  

Airy room with the internet, clean towels and bathroom, hot drinks in the on-site bar.

The rooms with comfortable bed. Good location a 10-15 minute walk from a thatched village. Very quiet area near to cliffs, restaurants and theatre, and the restaurant between 6 pm to 8 pm absolutely nothing about pre booking... 

Very polite staff, they was willing to help. Got a single room with a good shower when arrived, really enjoyed that. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic.

The room was cheap and newly renovated, it had a storage space, sound-proofed windows and an extractor. The breakfast was amazing and absolutely superb and had a wide range of options — toast and cereal. 

Modern and fancy hotel, very good value for money, what else to wish for. Marvellous location in a nice area with views of the beach. Again, 5 minutes walk from Torquay United fc Stadium. All the staff was willing to help.  

This hotel was very good value for money in comparison to other hotels. I had a single room and it was airy with coffee. The staff were understanding, thanks to them everything was good.

Great location, close to the harbor and beach, within walking distance. Staff were helpful and friendly. Affordable price for a budget stay.

Rooms and bathrooms were not very clean, with dirty and dusty surfaces. Maintenance issues such as curtains hanging off rails, toilet seat not secure, and ceiling repairs.

This place was quite clean and located in a fantastic spot. The room was warm and cosy, with a comfortable bed, a TV with many channels, a coffee machine, and a writing table.
